Broadway Bound scrap book layout

Today I am sharing a scrap book layout that features the "Broadway Bound" suite. I just love the fun, bright and shiny elements that this suite has.

I used a few elements from the June Paper Pumpkin. It co-ordinated with the Broadway Bound suite. How awesome is that! The items used from the PP kit are: gold "Hooray" sticker, cake cut-outs, balloon stickers, black banner (Wish), and the smaller stitched circles. I cut those from one of the banners. I was able to get two out of one banner. The circle on the right page had a little chunk out of it, but I covered it with the cake cut out. The end of the banner point was also showing, but I covered the seam with the balloon strings. You can't even tell! Genious!

I love how the "Wish" just pops on the black. I heat embossed it with white, embossing powder and it just looks amazing.

Shop in my online store to get these beautiful products. If you order $15.00 of product (before shipping and taxes) through me, I will send you the pdf to make these pages for FREE! Make sure you leave our contact information so that I can email you your pdf.

Sweet Soiree Scrap booking Pages

Today I am sharing a scrap book layout that I worked on last night. I am trying to use up my RETIRED Stampin' Up! paper stash. I love this DSP. It is the "Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper". It was in the 2018 Occasions Catalog. It is so very shiny and elegant.

I have to admit, cutting out those flowers was a bit time consuming, but definitely worth it. I just love how it adds so much to the page.

I just cut the flowers from one of the sheets of paper that is included in the pack. I will put my son's Homecoming pictures where the white paper is.

I also used a few current products on these pages. I used the Stitched Seasons Dies for the white, journaling space, the bow above it, and the green sprigs that are scattered around the pages. I just adore these dies! They are a limited time offer in the month of August. They are only available while supplies last, so order yours today by clicking on my Shop With Me to the right!

*For anyone who places an order of $15.00 or more (before shipping and taxes), I will send you the pdf to make these pages for FREE! They would look amazing with some of the new DSP that is available in our 2018-2019 catalog. Just make sure that you leave your contact information so that I can email you your pdf!

Paper Pumpkin scrapbooking

I used the July 2018 Paper Pumpkin to create these two pages. I love the Buffalo check tissue paper. Isn't it just adorable?

I cut off the short part of the basket and filled it with the fruit cut outs from the kit and added it with Dimensionals. On the right page, I will journal in the white rectangle and put a small photo on the other vellum square. I colored the white, foam letters with the Light Granny Green Blends and the light Poppy Parade Blends. They match perfectly!

Such a simple layout, but I can't wait to get my pictures on it.

31 Pages in 31 Days

I have joined Lyssa's, from Song of My Heart Stampers, Summer Scrapbooking School. She has a challenge called "31 Pages in 31 Days". She posts some inspiration layouts each day in August and encourages us to use those layouts to make our own. She also sends out a packet each week to those who signed up for the School. Those packets have all the pieces to make some of the layouts that she features on her blog. I am so excited to be a part of this challenge! It has motivated me to get started and I am excited to be able to have 31 pages done by the end of the month!!! It will be easy peasy to just put pictures on the finished pages. WooHoo!

Here is the first page that I have created:

I used the inspiration layout. The washi tape is all retired, but you could use any washi tape that you have on hand. I went with more fall-ish colors. Here is the second page:

I love two page layouts. I am going to journal in the white squares. I love all the copper accents that I used. Such a pretty color that screams fall.

I encourage you to pull out your pictures and start scrap booking them. You've got to start somewhere!
