Display Stamper Samples

I am so excited to share with you that I am going to Stampin' Up!'s OnStage LIVE event!!! It will take place in November in Orlando, FL. I have never been there before and I can't wait to go.

This is an event where we gather as demonstrators and get great tips and instruction on how to run our business better. We also get to play with fellow demos that we have met over the years and just have tons of fun!

I am going to apply to be a Display Stamper at OnStage. I need to share some items I have created and put them together in one blog post. I had a hard time deciding which items to choose. It was a little like trying to pick a favorite child. LOL! By the way, I don't have a favorite child, despite each of my kids thinking that they are the one that holds the title. Okay, on to the samples.

I shared the following card a few days ago. I love how it turned out! This card features new products from the upcoming 2018 Holiday Catalog. My favorite element of this card is the Tin Tile Dynamic TIEF. Isn't it just stunning?

This next card is one that I created earlier this year. I designed it for Jill Olson's Spring Get Together that she hosts every year. She asked me to design samples using the stamp set "Beautiful Day".  This set has a big, beautiful flower and the butterfly that you see in the picture above, plus a few sayings in a beautiful font. They are such great images to color! I just love the color combination of this card. It features Pool Party and Rich Razzleberry. I also added a little shimmer to the inside of the butterfly with Wink of Stella.

The next card is a card that we made this month in my card class. I love the Garden Expressions Designer Series Paper. It has so many beautiful floral prints on one side and lovely watercolor images on the other. Gorgeous! The Delicate Lace Edgelits also pack a punch! Isn't that die just gorgeous?

I also used the new Stitched Seasons framelits to cut out the label in the center and the vellum sprigs. I LOVE these dies. I am hoping they carry over to the next annual catalog.

I had a hard time picking which scrap book layout to use. I love scrap booking and there are so many layouts that I love. Another thing I love is the Broadway Bound Specialty DSP. The sparkle and fun designs just make wonderful cards and scrap book layouts.

The next picture is a 3D item. I made this a few years ago for a swap at Convention. I used a plain, brown bag with handles and decorated the front. I also CASEd the tag from the 2015 annual catalog.

I am sooooo thrilled that Mint Macaron made the cut for the new color refresh!!! Squeal! It is just a lovely green and it paired nicely with our retired color, Baked Brown Sugar. This ribbon is just gorgeous and I would love to see more of it in the future. Hint, hint Stampin' Up! Watercolor Wings was also one of my favorite stamp sets. I was so sad to see it retire. Can you tell I love butterflies?

The next 3D item is a tin that I decorated with SU!'s "Beautiful Day" stamp set. This is the flower I was telling you about earlier in the post. Isn't it just beautiful? I used Brusho crystals on watercolor paper and created the red, blue and purple background. I love combining these two colors! I then heat embossed the flower image with white embossing powder to make it pop.

I added some Pearl Basic Jewels to the center of the flower and tied some of our Night of Navy gingham ribbon around the lid edge. Such a fun little container to put a few treats or a couple of tags in.

I hope you enjoyed seeing some of my creations. My fingers are crossed. Wish me luck!
